There are a set of weapon skins (one for each of the weapons and shield types currently available, and YES there's a rapier). These can be unlocked by watching specific streamers that competed in the Battle For New World Closed Beta event (List Here) The skins unlock two weapons at a time via hourly Twitch drops and you need to claim each drop before the next will drop. (You can't just sit on some streamer's page all day and ignore it basically.)
