Little Thwomp is a big train fan and there’s no bigger steam train to see than the Union Pacific Big Boy. It made a stop an hour and a half away so we took a day trip out to see if up close.  https://i.imgur.com/ChnUuZN.mp4 He’s seen it before but he was 5 and only as it steamed past for about 10-20 seconds. Made a new friend. Little guy flew into my window, and was dazed. Watched him and kept him safe while he unbonked his head. After about 20 minutes, he was fine and went about his day.

Difficult relative sent series of weird FB links to seemingly random groups so thought would have to walk them through a password reset possibly involving a meltdown. Turns out no, they really did intend to notify lots of people about a dumb product.

Noticed low pressure light in evening with just enough time to get to tire store before they closed so they could remove a nail & get it patched. Wouldn’t have been fun to discover early in the morning.

Thanks man, it's been a stressful couple of weeks but as I was finally moving in stuff yesterday, I had a lot of cool realizations on what it means to not be in a rented flat. I put my bed together and was like holy poo poo, there's an extra half meter of space on each side, stuff like that. I won't have rusty water leaking from the carport onto my car. There's even a mandarin tree in the back!
