Sometimes people will poop sidesaddle and not do a very good job of not getting the poop into the toilet. I do not know why they do this but every 6 months or so I have to clean one of those up and it's always a little puzzling. Everyone uses too much TP but thankfully our work doesn't try to get away with those anemic contractor grade toilets you find in every apartment and flipped home so it doesn't matter to me
