I think maybe Mississippi State is trying to game the sub rules on D here? I've noticed them slow playing getting guys on and off the field when Ole Miss subs on offense and they have to wait to see if the D wants to sub too. It's not a terrible idea, they got the play clock down to like 3 seconds before the refs would let them snap it there.
