Did you know... The "top" beef produced in the USA is typically only available to high end customers like very expensive restaurants. What some butcher shops and steak places say they offer the "best" steak, it's not really the best. If I recall correctly, Ruth's Chris is one of the places that gets access to the "best" (at least in the USA). But they have a unique way of cooking it (involves searing at extremely high temps for very short duration). BEEFERS
