OP this is likely electromagnetic noise caused when your screen is displaying predominantly white backgrounds. Does the same noise happen if you watch a video that suddenly fades to white? What about if you full screen a pure white image? If this is the case, sadly there is no easy fix unless you can change to background color of your PDFs. It isn't the result of bad or failing parts.
