I used to speed before i got diagnosed with adhd. Once i got treatment for that i got more patient on the road. I'm not saying everyone who speeds has adhd but I'm sure some do. Just something i noticed about myself and my patience level affecting how i drive.

I take vyvanse but I've taken other stimulants in the past which helped. But yeah if you over do it I'm sure it wraps back around to need 4 speed gotta go fast etc etc. There are non stimulant options for adhd like strattera. I didn't have that much success with it though it did help, just not as much as stimulants for me
