School of How: Jul 6, 2013; quite frankly I don't believe this talk about the market

I will be doing a road trip next month. As I drive through each city, I want my car's stereo to play music from my library that is relevant to my current location. For instance, when I drive through Austin Texas, it should play Willie Nelson, when I drive through New Orleans, it should play Juvenile and Master P. Surely there is an app to do this. Also, the app has to be able to pre-download the songs so I don't have to use my data plan while I drive.

I guess I could make the playlists manually for each city I go though, but then I'd have to remember to manually switch playlists as I pass though each town.
