holy cow, that is some good looking food, cow! i hope your family appreciates it, because it can be frustrating to cook for the whole fam if they don't. i see 4 plates and i'm a dad and i think back to when my daughter was young and would arbitrarily refuse to eat things sometimes even if i cooked them specifically for her.

Thank you and please do note the variations on the plates for there are plenty of times when the younglings complain about the meals that are presented to them on the blue/green plates e.g pizza night

About 3 cups flour About 2 teaspoons of yeast About 1.5 cups of water About 2 tablespoons of olive oil or whatever oil About 2 tablespoons of sugar About a teaspoon of salt. Mix it all together. Do the kneedful. Let it rise. Cut it up. Ball it. Let it rise again. Flatten it. Flip it in the air. Top it. Cook it. Eat it. Wait. poo poo it out. Repeat.

I guess I was asking less about the recipe, which yours is pretty spot on close to normal, but makes sense! In practice it's just not easy to get thin and crispy by hand, and it looks like it is, which was what caught my attention. Again, looks good!
