Yes, but some characters just didn't get much merch. Sui Feng has a lot of merch that is p much just reused promo art made into basic poo poo (Towels, stickers, pins, etc.), but all of the figures she got were in the latter portion of the 2000s when Bleach was at its peak and her figures were all low quality gachapon poo poo. Meanwhile, Yoruichi recently got this awesome statue I purchased and I don't have an equally good looking Sui Feng to buy to go with it. https://myfigurecollection.net/item/946017 Thankfully it seems like Megahouse has a Sui Feng in the works in the future I just hope it looks as good as this and isn't just some standing at profile statue, but even if it is so long as looks good I will still buy it.

Piracy concerns on home media used to be a pretty big deal back then because american distribution of anime relied entirely on dvd sales and not a lot made a huge profit. It turns out though once poo poo is made accessible and doesn't cost too much money, people are more willing to spend money to watch anime. Now you just pirate because Netflix's subtitles for their anime all suck and watching it with the dub script or subbed by other people is a way better option than reading netflix subs.
