Turns out the new PT test is a copy/paste of the Army one, I'm so glad I got out when I did. What's next, rolling the Air Force back into the Army? Actually in this stupid timeline, I can see that being attempted, and who knows what happens to our embarrassing child the Space Force?

Former USAF here, served 4 years in the early 90s in Security Police (in the Law Enforcement specialization). Definitely wasn't the job I wanted, but that's what happens when you're young and dumb and go in straight out of high school on an open general contract. But, I got to go to England for 2 years and discovered the joys of beer, so it wasn't all bad.

If I could go back and slapped the poo poo out of my 21 year old self, I would. Lakenheath was nice though.
