Also someone tell me if IA superficially inflating post count posting just one sentence posts in a row is normal.

I don’t think she’ll is trying to avoid posting content by talking mechanics in a very unique mechanics game.

And I don’t think bird really thinks that either.

I think the mechanics are a trap mostly - especially day 1. its really easy to talk and overanalyze the what ifs with them but we aren't going to know how they work mostly until after both of the missions flip so it all reads as idle chatter/appearing busy to me day 1.

(in before there is no scum team, this is 100% rimworld and were just against a clock to get rescued without literally murdering ourselves in the process.)

Id rather vote Sand over Bird, but I dont think thats happening in 30 minutes. Bird is less scummy then Sand and I think we'd get more interaction info from Sand regardless.

I have more town reads then scum reads on people at this point, namely Shell and Voodoo - both are pretty solidly in my Town list for now.

Ok, I too am feeling over here, and it also gives me a good feeling of Mae - this is the kind of play I know and like from her, and I think if she was scum she'd have jumped more onto Sand for the points she raises there.

I was there in deadline. Mae swapped with three minutes left on the flip. There was no "cutting discussion" there, we were all talking over another at that point. The only argument was if Akay or me would swap to Hal or someone would swap to Bird.

Agreed - I don't think anything in the last 10 minutes of D1 was scummy, more just trying to guarantee it didn't end in NL.

Shellception posted:

I also had assumed the order was mission, then lunch, and that was why the flips were oddly timed. I was a bit lost D1 on why Sand was saying we were dooming a mission, but I assumed I had missed some stupid detail (I do have a tendency to that). Honestly, the whole argument about voting people based on their mission feels... eh. It was a good way to kickstart things D1, but taking it that seriously feels odd.

Beet does raise very good points, but Sand is also being very very earnest on his answers on a way that feels kind of... frustated town maybe? I do need to see more from him today that's not heated self-defense today, tbh.

I get the opposite impression of Sand's aggro from it - Reads to me like frustration from playing well as scum but feeling like you're getting singled out on bad logic. Caveat - I agree with Beet on the whole argument and really the over-the-top angryposting is not helping anyone's case. My List has Sand on the Scum side and I think Beet goes on the town side, for now.

First off, I don't claim to be always correct. Town works with incomplete info and is often wrong.

Second, nice moving of the goal posts.

Lets summarize:

Here Meen says that my play reminds them of a game where they thought I was scum. Which would be fine, until the part where I was town that game, just wrong. When I pointed this out?

They want me dead anyway. Meen is LITERALLY justifying a town lunch here, because 'it wouldn't be a big loss', despite THEY THEMSELVES saying it looks similar to my play in a game where I WAS TOWN.

Sombrero, I know that it wasn’t you that specifically claimed but your predecessor, but, does your investigation have a hard limit of once per night? I guess same question to Dead with tracker.

I got the Luciferium from the mission day 1, and I can use it not just on myself but someone else. Doing so gives them 4 actions instead of 2 at night and also makes them immune to wounds or incapacitation for the duration. It lasts three days until possible side effects happen if not dosed again.

Ideally I’d like to use it on one of you two.

Thoughts?

Night two, I protected Maerlyn, and Used the Short Bow on Shellception.

From yesterday's mission I got an LMG.

Last night, I Used the LMG on Anidav, and protected Yami.

I also have in my inventory the Luciferium from the first days missions - Its good but this game went way more wild then i was expecting so i had hesitated using it due to the downside and figuring this game would go longer... had I known we'd be at Mylo most likely day 4 I would have popped that.

I need to do re-reads. My issue is I want to lunch Sandwolf but I'm not sure if its because i just have an aversion to aggro-play and just consider it scummy out of hand or if I actually think he's scum. Either way I owe him a re-read.
