   Mulff was doing a poor job distracting the dome guards. Perhaps a fire or two down the road would help distract them from the gub's disguise?  Schlubb stalked in the sooty, burnt ruins of his former home, the matches of his hat flickering ominously in the dark. And he was happy. Yes. Soon the end would come.
