Three Jokers started when Geoff Johns did a big thing where Batman got a magic knowledge chair and asked it the true identity of the Joker. The chair was like "which one, there are three of them!" And Batman was shocked. Then Geoff Johns went off to work on DC films for a few years and Batman forgot about it until Geoff Johns came back. Three Jokers the comic starts off with Three Joker Imposters getting killed while the Joker seems to be committing other murder-crimes in three different places. Everyone is very confused, but the reveal is that there are THREE JOKERS Joker #1 - THE CRIMINAL - Modeled after Joker's first appearance in 1940 Joker #2 - THE CLOWN - Modeled after Joker from 1988's Death in the Family story (he killed Jason Todd!) Joker #3 - THE COMEDIAN - Modeled after Joker from 1988's The Killing Joke (he crippled Barbara Gordon!) Now granted, this left up in the air which Joker was Jokering in comics published between 1942-1987 and also comics from 1989-2020, and also chronologically Joker #3 appeared before Joker #2 in terms of "iconic moments" but that I supposed was left as a fun exercise for the reader! The Three Jokers decide the best thing to do would be to make even more Jokers so they kidnap a bunch of people and Jokerize them but before they can do that, Jason Todd captures and kills the Clown, so almost immediately there are only Two Jokers. But they make a bunch more Jokers and try to make Jason Todd into a Joker and finally their big plan is to make Joe Chill a Joker, because if Joe Chill is a Joker then the Joker killed Batman's parents. But the Bat Team stops it from happening, and Joker #3 shoots and kills Joker #1 and surrenders to be taken back to Arkham Asylum. And then the big twist was that Batman knew who the Joker was all along, he figured it out "one week after we first met." The Killing Joke Joker was the real one, and Batman snuck his wife and kid from that particular origin story out to Alaska, faked their deaths, and has been secretly supporting them all along. So there's still only one Joker left if they want to make the story canon as originally intended. The two Batmen currently are Bruce Wayne and Tim/Jayce Fox, Lucius Fox's son who was mentioned like three times in the 1970s and was off working for a PMC in Asia or something for the past X years and was shown to be Batman in the future, then they showed him coming back to become Batman later, and now he is the Batman of New York City. Tim Fox is NOT Luke Fox, who was previously Batwing, for reasons I am sure are legitimate and good and not just an arbitrary twist.

think I found the beta version of some of the peacemaker dance moves https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mDFBTdToRmw edit: oh was looking for choreographers to see if same, but found a peacemaker interview where they mention the video, kind of downplaying it in a way that reminds me of being in art school and some kid walks into with like a screenprint of a great value brand soup can, and someone brings up Warhol and they're like "oh i was inspired by this and that and the other, but hmm, yeah now that you mention it yeah i guess there is some warhol inspiration" quote:Obviously there's the tap in there with Mel Tuck at the end doing the footwork, that was really fun to put in there. I danced as an apprentice with a ballet company for a year and ballet has kind of had a big influence on everything that I've done ever since then, so getting that ballet element in there was really fun. And then a lot of the modern dance training that I got at Julliard had an influence in it. The [square arm] shape and that kind of stuff is very influenced by Paul Taylor and David Parsons's work. David Parsons, who I toured with for four years had a lot of this in there. There's actually a couple of moves in there that are influenced by one dance in particular that I did with Dave Parsons for years. It was a really fun, silly dance. I think they are in the same stylistic family but whoever did that Skibidi video didn’t invent that sorta dance and the choreography isn’t that close imo

To be clear I'm not actually calling it a wholesale ripoff, nor am I criticizing anything for taking inspiration from cool things and making their own new cool thing, that's how art go and how we get great art all the time, see good ideas, do good ideas too. It's good when artists take inspiration from one another. I stumbled across that music video and there were some similar types of moves and approach to dance, it's a neat style, so I was curious if they shared a choreographer or where that kind of thing came from or is called. Then I saw the interview answer acknowledging they seen it too. The only thing I am making fun of is what I perceive to be a self-conscious deflective response that reminded me of early studio Painting class critiques, in the full interview he follows up with a Prisencolinensinainciusol influence/inspo. That's all, they seemed a little self conscious about it and that was funny and understandable. Sorry if it sounded like a big accusation of plagiarism. also dont know why i went with warhol for my analogy when the actual example i'm thinking of was a student who painted Lichtenstein comic kinda thing

Oh yeah the first few episodes have been airing on TV here (on an actual channel) in addition to Sky/Now VOD (due to no HBO Max) so I can see it getting more exposure than you'd expect.

Its a weird non sequitur but I love that skit. The only other ending I can think of right now is expelling him by unanimous vote from the evil society and then welcoming a Steve Bannon (or other period relevant evil politician) to the stage

Daniela Melchior was really good in Suicide Squad so I'm happy to see her getting to star in another big film.
