I'm caught up in this running a family domain as a primary account. I remember the "free forever" when signing up so was rather annoyed with this news. It seems they are backtracking a bit though. This appears to be the main support thread: https://support.google.com/a/thread/146662513/complete-bs-and-bait-and-switch-google-retiring-legacy-gmail-program A new FAQ has been added, with a form the domain's admin can fill in: https://support.google.com/a/answer...ce-subscription So there is a chance they are adding a lower cost or free tier for non-business use with <10 users.

When you are viewing that page while logged in as admin user of the G Suite account it shows a link to a form instead. So login with an admin account.
