They probably would rather use their own employees instead... Restaurants pay out the rear end to the food delivery apps... sometimes in the 30% range... I usually don't use the food delivery apps though, since most restaurants don't have any of their specials on them, and often mark the food up to compensate on how much they are getting hosed by the delivery apps...
