the global price of wood crashed and I am back to working full time using Microsoft Excel and have been for about five years now and god drat do I love it. especially seeing the farm getting overgrown from bramble and fencing failing, pumps and pipes bursting due to no one else wanting to work this land. plan is though is to plant Manuka and get a load of bees and then profit.
