I'm not sure there is a scum team at all, I think TOMLs talk of making a perfectly mathematically balanced mafia game has been cover for the ultimate: making a mafia game in which there is no scum and watching auspoo rend itself limb from limb with a random nightly mod kill.

I'm guessing night 1s double kill was the presence of a one-shot vigilante(perhaps combined with another role)

Feel free to murder me if you think this is totally bonkers because after a successful doctor action still doesn't prevent a night kill I don't know what the gently caress anymore.

Super Kaizo Auspol Mafio 3 ended in a scum victory.

Tried out some funky voting mechanics, observations for each:

Plurality: underwhelming because people were voted out way under majority.
AUTOSCROLL: Added a global gated stack every so often up to 30% of majority. This one was fun and would be good on D1 of a big game.
Lights out: People didn�t like the longer day, also they just kept voting the voteproof player (hehe).
Everyone starts at -1: maximum hilarity.

recycled some interesting roles too, feel free to use if you�d like

One thing which might? be helpful as a resource is a discussion of good and bad behaviour which may not be technically against rules but is frowned upon.

eg don�t case people for being online and not posting because
