The first upcoming game we should know about, according to the AI, is Tony Hawk's Galactic Warfare

quote:

In Tony Hawk’s Galactic Warfare players will assume the role of Tony Hawk. Tony Hawk is one of the most powerful special forces units ever developed. His missions include assassinations and abductions. The player has the choice of being on the good side (Necro) or the evil side (Phage).

Fun Fact: In the original American version of the game, Tony Hawk was initially an entirely different character who was the leader of the Phage special forces. He started off as a rookie cop before he was put into the Special Operations Unit and it was the same character who appeared in the box art for the first game. The American release of the game used his alter ego (Necro) instead of a different character. In the Japanese version, Hawk was originally a member of the Unit Zero military division, and a rookie cop before he entered the S.O.U.
Tony Hawk's original appearance in the game was based on the cover of a skateboarding magazine, although his hair was slightly different. The face, however, was based on his own design.

SPECIAL ABILITIES
As Tony Hawk the player has a number of powerful tools at their disposal. The three most powerful special abilities in Tony Hawk's arsenal are:

Rolling Thunder—which, if used in the air, allows him to grab onto the environment like a bird and glide up or down, forward or backwards, left or right for several seconds;

Airborne Eagle—which allows him to fly several feet off the ground, with great momentum, making him a difficult target for opponents to hit; and

Rolling Fox—which allows him to climb obstacles and overhangs with ease.

CRAFTING SYSTEM
In addition to these and many other abilities, Tony Hawk’s Galactic Warfare features an endless crafting system. Tony Hawk has many crafting recipes available to him, such as the Metal Gear-esque Metal Trowel, Wood and Plaster Trowel, and the new Sprocket Trowel that is not the same as a regular Trowel in terms of its construction and function. All of these recipes can be acquired through a crafting system which uses a special set of tools.

There is one particularly important tool, however, that can only be crafted at the workshop; the Trowel. This can be made in a variety of ways, some of which are more difficult and time consuming than others. Although the main use for the Trowel is to complete levels of the various games and courses within THGW, it has its uses in the real world as well. There are several uses for the Trowel, such as:

Trowel Uses
1. Removing Tiles.

DATING MINIGAME
During the Dating Sections of Tony Hawk’s Galactic Warfare, if a match is made with another skater, the player must choose to either "D.R.E.A.M." (Dance, Rock, Earn, and Make) or "G.L.A.P." (Give, Love, Acquire, and Protect). After swearing a D.R.E.A.M. or G.L.A.P. oath the player can then use the in-game camera to look at all eight of the character’s outfits for as long as they would like.

At some point in the progression of the dating game, the player will be given the option of buying an additional character (male or female) with $5000. When a new character is purchased, Tony Hawk’s Galactic Warfare gives the player the option to "upgrade" the character to become "Super Tony".

Super Tony will have a higher amount of Health (2000) and Health Recovery (50), higher jump height (2.5 times the original character's), more money, more speed and a slightly new look. However, the character is not customizable and is based on a combination of their two skater parents.

BOSSES
Tony Hawk’s Galactic Warfare features many challenging and cinematic boss encounters. The first boss you will face in Tony Hawk’s Galactic Warfare is an all-out, no-holds-barred, kickboxing session. The level begins with you falling into an area where many, many Tony Hawks are waiting to take your life. As you are flying through the level, you're bound to face quite a few of these guys. It was designed as a test of how well you can perform in this game and it wasn't designed to be particularly easy either. In my opinion, this is one of the better levels in the entire series. You're forced to move fast, react quickly and perform a number of tricks including a lot of ledge grabs. If you make mistakes, you'll find yourself on a collision course with several Tony Hawks. As the number of collisions go up, the score you get goes down and the faster you complete it, the higher the score you will get. I recommend beating this level at least three times to see what you can do.

MAGIC SYSTEM
Tony Hawk's Galactic Warfare has a unique spell-crafting system that has been a bit of a sticking point with us.

What is it?

As you level up in Galactic Warfare, you'll have access to powerful spells that each have their own unique effects. You can use these to attack your enemies, buff your board, or even invent new tricks. It's up to you how you want to use them, but in general you'll want to level up spells you have access to first.

How does it work?

You have four main sources of power for your spells:

Energy: At the start of a combo, you'll have some energy. Performing tricks restores your energy, which is drained to maintain balance during grinds and manuals. As your Energy bar drains, your spell effects become weaker and your balance falters.

Resources: As you progress in Galactic Warfare, you'll have access to various types of Resources. For example, in the very first episode of Galactic Warfare, you'll get access to both Spare Wheels and Force points. Other Resources, such as Trucks and Grip Tape, are earned as you complete challenges in the game.

Upgrades: As you level up in Galactic Warfare, you'll have access to various improvements that you can add to your spells. These improve some aspects of the spells, for example, spinning up to 900 degrees during the cast, but they can also upgrade them in other ways. For example, adding a more powerful attack or extra wheels to your board.

Skills: You'll have access to special skills for each of the various spells you have access to. These will alter the game in some way to make it a more fun or interesting experience for you. Some of the most useful skills will come from the challenges you complete in the game. One example is that your Grease spell can learn Fishing and Herbalism as you progress.

There's a new Kingdom Hearts coming out that sounds sick

quote:

From the publisher: "A new threat threatens Disney, Sora, Donald, Goofy and the rest of the gang when they are mysteriously pulled into a mysterious world called "Wayne's World" by an unknown force. In order to find a way home, King Mickey must once again gather a team of Keyblade wielders from across the universe and embark on a journey across this new world to meet the new threat."

Story

The story is set in a newly discovered "Wayne's World", where the main character, Goofy, takes a train to an area called "Aurora" and meets a woman named Sora who is going to join the Royal Knights and King Mickey's rag-time band.

During the ride, the group has an encounter with a creature called the 'Gargoyle' and a man called 'Garland'. He tells them to go to a castle called "Garth's Omniscence", where he will lead them to the entrance of the "New World". Garth had apparently been waiting for the boy to find it. He also tells the group that there is an evil that lurks inside them all, and he can see their evil and will know who they are.

Upon arrival, they find a man named Kefka who warns them that they will all die unless they find the evil that exists within them. Sora is now able to see the evil in others and recognizes it to be within himself, though Kefka is still afraid. Kefka reveals that the only one who can help them is a woman named Cassandra, who is asleep in the castle. Kefka warns the group to not trust him and tell them that he is not who he claims to be.

JOB SYSTEM
An all-new job system sees Goofy and Garth taking on a range of new Job types, ranging from casual work to combat-based work, and from combat based jobs like Blackjack dealer to jobs like Data Analyst The new career and contract systems allows players to create their own jobs to earn gold, such as a professional or a sewage, who would gain a large amount of gold credits from the work they do. With the new job system players can now spend a large amount of time progressing without gameplay, with multiple options to gain more experience and gold credits, including part-time, full-time, and contracted work.

NEW WEAPONS
Because of the high cost of creating Keyblades, most of the original designs were removed from the game and replaced with new key weapons, like the keykatar or the keyhole. Some of them were added later as well, like the keykatar keyblade. However, the game will no longer feature keys due to strict new censorship laws enforced by the South Korean government.

The new law requires all games to feature at least 80% of the original art, audio, dialogue, voice, and writing free of keys. If that’s not possible, only 3% of it can be released.
