i dont know poo poo about gaming computers these days other than my firnd told me in need 3060 GPU if I want a good one

I am looking at https://deals.dell.com/en-us/productdetail/e0md or https://deals.dell.com/en-us/productdetail/e195 right now but not sure what is better it looks like the amd chip might be a little better but idk if it would even matter really?

the Intel one comes with a monitor also so like that seems like a better deal, would that be good for games? I need help goons I am dumb about comptuer ):

would either of those even be good? Im not trying to like stream or anything, iu just want to be able to play games that have come out in the last like 5 years and poo poo.

I've been told it is better/cheaper to buy prebuilt than make your own right now because of how expensive GPU are but like idk, gently caress
