it's been a while since I tried, maybe not even on win10 but i do recall some real jankiness post-XP and I'm pretty sure it doesn't handle high DPI. maybe i should dredge up the iso i made over a decade ago and try again lol. though now i've got a wide-gamut monitor and i have no idea if psp 7 has anything for handling color spaces and poo poo

I'll be honest, the house my folks had 1977-1987 did actually have a wc- a small room separate from the bathroom (which had the shower/bath and sink in it) with the toilet. The place was built in the early 1910s. I actually miss that feature in homes because of that. You didn't have to worry about having to take a dump when somebody was showering.

There was also a basement WC.

• it took both DIMM and SODIMM memory (the DIMM was "internal" to the unit behind some Torx or Security Torx screws, forget which),the SODIMM was considered user-serviceable and behind 4 captive Philips head screws in the baseplate. If you look at the picture below, think of the user-serviceable area as being a thin plate under the unit, whereas the "internal" area is splitting the bottom half of the ball off of the rest of it where the two pieces join (the seam under the optical drive).
• the service kit available to Apple service providers included a foam rig for holding the display in the correct service position and a tool to release the screws on the neck - these screws had three holes arranged in a triangular pattern and like anything properly Apple were hilariously proprietary.
• the NSW RTA (think DMV) at one point replaced most (all?) of their workstations with 15" iMac G4s, so I'm guessing they were reliable enough.
• the 20" iMac G4 is objectively one of the most beautiful pieces of industrial design I think I've ever seen. I mean, they all look pretty good but something about the bigger screen really gets the proportions spot-on

patriarch puts failson in charge of the negotiations (its time he learned the family business after all)

failson goes down to los angeles and immediately gets sized up by dre and iovine as an easily-rolled rube

dre and iovine proceed to dazzle him with meetings with famous musicians and celebrities and parties and booze (and, it has been strongly implied, drugs and sex)

failson, with his head spinning, is too busy having a good time to pay close attention to the details of the deal he is negotiating. he has hit it off incredibly well with all these famous people, surely the deal his new best friends are mostly driving will be fine

the deal he negotiates and signs ends up being ruinous to monster. unbreakable, have to produce an uncapped number of headsets at a loss, they dont own any of the technology they developed for the headphones, they cant even compete with them

as soon as monster came into contact with the real sharks who run the music industry, they got effortlessly boned and filleted and devoured
