Daemon vs Aemond will be season 3, not season 2. Its the end of both of their stories whichever way they show it so that's not happening any time soon Next season we'll see Rhaenys' death, battle of the gullet, blood and cheese, dragonseeds, and the recapture of kings landing Season 3 will have the battles of tumbleton, butcher's ball, storming of the dragonpit, death of both monarchs and the end of the war After that I dunno. Maybe there's enough material on Aegon III so far in F&B for a season, but it would be quite low-energy compared to the dance

To the question of rhaenyra being the more sympathetic one, next season she'll be the main character for sure but if they're smart they'll write her as increasingly paranoid and self centered once she retakes KL and by the end of the season three there won't be too many sympathetic characters beyond Addam of Hull
