cjs: Crossing paths with my worst coworker again: Me, on 5/3: "Hey Coworker, I need some new SSL certificates. Can you request them?" Coworker, on 5/3: "Yes, I'll do that today." Me, on 5/9: "Did they come in yet? If not, could you give them a poke?" Me, on 5/13: "Any word on those certificates?" Coworker, today: "Here you go!" The certificates: *were issued on 5/9 for the wrong domain names* I also asked about another ticket somewhere in there and that part was completely ignored. Hopefully my coworker will get it right on this, the fourth try.
