Where to even start with this?

My life is a medical miracle, yes, but do I sound like I'm enjoying it? Because the truth is that I am but there's a lot of downtime when I can't safely move, so I spend that time playing videogames and shitposting.

That being said, making your bed is just aesthetics for everyone. There's no practical reason to do it, there's even a small downside.

I talk to people because I feel like it. I don't need a reason beyond that.

there is no downside without the a priori of your weird howard hughes meets michel houellebecq poo poo about humans being wet, bacteria covered meat sacks.

I agree that actually "making your bed" in the sense of laying them out neatly is basically just aesthetics but simply ensuring your sheet/comforter are actually tucked in properly definitely serves a practical purpose (and I often don't bother to do that either)

if we're all giving unsolicited advice, i think you should all get a nice body oil for after your shower, it's a real help for dry winter skin and even in the summer it makes your skin feel amazing

This is the way.

Showering at night washes off all the gunk of the day and it relaxes you when you're getting ready to sleep and you feel lovely and smooth when you get in bed and it's very nice

Showering in the morning is pleasant but you're groggy and it's cold and you don't wanna get out and you can't bask in it because you have to go to work and you have to shower at night anyway unless you want to get dirt and sweat in your bed so it's redundant.

Twice a day is fine I guess but it will dry out your skin.

sweat, no, but the other stuff gets fixed when you wash your face before you get dressed for the day

I donít think I get sweaty at night but I definitely donít wake up stinky Į\_(ツ)_/Į

wake up, brew coffee, poop, drink coffee, sleepwalk through workday, become fully conscious around 3 or 4pm, eat dinner, live my best life until around midnight.
