my top brekkie choices are either a super runny egg on a piece of toast with a sprinkle of garlic salt, or a poached egg on top of a bowl of rice with a spritz of soy sauce and something spicy mixed in otherwise I usually just skip

yeah, i can't be arsed to make breakfast  it's random afwe bought some costco muffins and they force you to buy 2 packages so we cut them all in half and take a half for breakfast then freeze the rest if those breakfast pogos are on sale for like $6 i get them as they are decent - they are normally like $9-$10 and maybe once a week, usually friday, treat myself to something from McD's (the new blt egg mcmuffin is pretty good) weekends i have time to make stuff though - french toast, sausage+egg+toast, pancakes, veggie omlettes, depends whats laying around haha

no breakfast crew checking in. i drink coffee and eat something when i get hungry, which is usually around lunchtime. i also skip breakfast on the weekends but that's mostly because i sleep in if given the chance
