Back when I was doing corp security, back when Disney Infinity and the plastic toys with the RFIDs were the thing, there was a dude who had every scrum master book, cert and Etsy scrum pun on wood placards up on his wall. Every night I had to send a guard or myself to his office to lock it because he meant it when he said open door policy. I spent a whole year refusing to look up what scrum was because I knew that it would radicalize me.

Optimizing theoretical gains by min/maxing attention to differentials in activity. If you want MAX GAINS yeah, there's a route for that, but lmao don't follow the path to madness just lift a weight or run or do literally anything it is way better than doing nothing. I'm gonna go stroll around a grave yard today and call that physical training.

Squats are good. I still do the sit squat I learned in Korea whenever I smoke cigs where there isn't a chair. Keeps my legs strong and ready for 3 hour sitting sessions.

It's not my place to comment on my in law's family structure.... But like the patriarch has major land holdings and nobody in the family knows how much is there, not even ball park estimates. Idk I find this concerning. My older sister was able to wrest control of our meager Asian immigrant family holdings like 5-10 years ago. Shoot, when I was a tween I would be writing my mama's checks for her so we would know what we got and protect it. But I guess fealty to elders is bigger in America because everybody is straight up afraid to even ask him, all while he brags about liquidating everything to buy fancy thousand dollar bottles of booze, sports cars, and leases to resorts. Generational wealth here is a lie, and the folks who got money in the 80s were told to burn it all rather than leave it to their children. I cannot expect even a single cent to go to his grandchildren. I swear, COINTEL PRO was far to effective on this family. Gold digger problems~
