The strangest accent I ever heard was from a German, who was teaching English, in Wales. So she spoke English with a German accent, but had also picked up a lot of the local Welsh accent as well.

In English, Italian-American (like Brooklyn I think?) and Hispanic American for me. Welsh is also just adorable. I like Russian accents as long as it's a proper accent and they're not doing that thing where they're aping Americans and trying to be as nasal as possible. In German, I loving love a Bavarian/Austrian accent.
