That happened a few years ago with a dual auto of Austin Meadows and Randy Arozarena out of Topps Definitive, before the Fanatics acquisition was finalized. There was a football player who apparently had someone else sign the stickers a few years ago It used to be that when UD started the sticker program they had to be witnessed by a UD representative, but companies have gotten sloppy about this and I think a lot of the time they are just assuming that the player signed their stickers

Is it just me or is the color balance on 2024 Heritage kinda hosed up? The ones I have seen in person don't look quite right, though not as bad as the actual 1975 cards. Or  ?

I first saw this card on I think a PWCC auction like 10 years ago and didn't get it. Never really saw it again until fairly recently, and knew I had to buy it. Just got it in the mail today and I love this goofy poo poo.

I love it! I was at a local show a couple years ago and saw one for Chas McCormick that had "Chasmanian Devil" as the cutout. Nickname for him the Houston TV Broadcasters use. I am like you, have always felt like I should have bought it since I've never seen it online again, but the price on it seemed too high for a card of his.

What parallel is this? I can't find it on any 2025 Topps MLB Series Two checklists. It's also not listed on TCDB when I try to log it there. There are some ebay listings with "sun" or "sunshine" parallel, but that doesn't show in the checklists I've looked at. Edit: not numbered

It's this set's blaster exclusive parallel. It's called "Holiday" and on eBay it looks like people call it Holiday Sun or Sun. It's on the Chasing Majors Checklist Non-Numbered, 1:3 Blasters.

I made the mistake of only looking at pics of the first few hundred cards on TCDB for "Holiday", forgetting that Series One has a different Holiday parallel than Series Two.

That reads pretty nuts, but I'm also not surprised, at all. It sounds like they were basically laundering fake autos to the cert companies. That's wild an autopen is so cheap though? I looked on Amazon and see a bunch around $300. I thought they'd be in the thousands of dollars at the least. I guess it's no different than a 3d printer where you tell it to go exactly on the x/y/z axis. Honestly surprised there aren't more good looking uncertified autos on eBay, but maybe now there will be more coming. There are so many sketchy autos on eBay, and even at the LCS I see them with a bunch of footballs that are have "COAs" from fly by night companies, and nobody really does anything about it. The auto market is sketchy af. I'd only buy one if it came from Topps, had the MLB holo or I saw it signed in person. That said, I still probably wouldn't buy anymore as the cost for the ones I'd buy (Ohtani) are eye watering.
