I�m curious about this since I think I�ll end up in the same situation next season.
Hill can�t apply the +1 or move to the 1st round because of Cook, so he moves to the second round and applies a +1 penalty because he went from 1 to 2, correct? If he went from say the 1st to the 4th due to keeping a 2nd and a 3rd he would then apply a +3 penalty?

Yeah that's correct.

No, to my understanding the +1 penalty for Hill would just keep being passed on until the first player you keep where it could be applied, but it would still only increase their keeper round by 1.

Take this with a grain of salt until commish chimes in tho. I've been in this league since its inception and I still second guess my understanding of the keeper rules every year.

What do you want as the Regular Winner Goal? Could be a season long thing or top stat on a given week or in the season. I'm thinking this is one is a little more off beat than standard fantasy stuff.

it's a fantasy football league lol. you look at it once a week, maybe twice and that's it. it shouldn't really be this hard to figure out whether you have a combined 5-10 minutes a week (plus time the time to draft) imho though I understand the burnout thing completely

we're exactly two weeks away from kickoff of Week 1 and the decision to play or drop out directly affects league operations. not sure what all the hemming and hawing is about, it's a great league with great people and i love all of you but if you have to flip-flop over this kind of thing then it sounds like you've already got one foot and most of your torso out the door. let's figure out what we're doing so we can try to get some new people in for Tier B if necessary

with zeroordie dropping out and lack of response from thecriterionman we've got 2 spots in Tier A opened up which means two <s>plebs</s> teams are moving up.

Based on last years final standings welcome Chen kenichi and Anubis to the bigs. I'll be working on getting the draft list updated ASAP. All keepers are in as well so I'm getting them processed to kick that supplemental draft off

Hi all, wait-listed the last few years, PMed darkspider42 this year to not put any pressure on the fence sitters and it looks like some space has opened up to finally join.

Not to immediately come in with requests as a potential new member, but how locked in is the 9/6 draft date for tier B? I have an IRL draft at that time every year, and there will not really be a way to do both drafts concurrently. I am free pretty much every other day except for that one.
