I looked it up. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oncocytoma It says they can be premalignant. If only one kidney is unaffected, wouldn't it make sense to remove the affected one, if the number of tumors is "uncountable"? Sorry this poo poo is happening to you.

I had two lung biopsies and threw up blood immediately after them both times. Keep us informed duderino. Thoughts and prayers seem to do poo poo-all but you’re in my thoughts and prayer anyways.
