This game seems really fascinating. I see it's on sale on Steam at the moment. Are the two DLC worth it?

Done. The answer to how often you have the ball is 'it depends'. Goal kicks happen rarely. If the opponent is trying to score a lot with skills/Precision Shot you end up with the ball quite a bit; if they're going with crosses/power shot most of the time then it can be quite rare. Basically the better the rest of our defense is the less it happens, and the opponent also has a great deal to do with it - so it just varies.

Yeah, I was thinking our Defence is pretty solid, so if they get past that, the Keeper needs to be upskilled to stop them, rather than counter-attacking. Maybe if we go a secomd skill.

That is a massive swing in my price just for ageing! I was going to semi-jokingly insist I never be sold off and go down the Stamina path to make it to retirement, but should I be looking at Fan Favourite to try and recoup some of that lost income when I am eventually sold off to Glue Factory FC?

No, I got that part, but since I have hit an XP ceiling I was wondering if that trade-off is going to get worse relatively quickly. Ie, I will get better noticeably more slowly than I will lose value for ageing.

Or is that loss of value only at set ages?

I am seriously torn between trying to be useful to the club and going Fan Favourite, or going for laughs and trying to complete the Stamina tree, refusing to be sold.

Well, the refusing to be sold would be me trying to desperately persuade everyone to keep me on, and assuming I did that to make it to retirement age, I thought completing the Stamina tree would help me remain viable. And there wouldn't be much point increasing my sale price if I don't get sold. But if Stamina loss even as a geriatric Keeper is not a concern and my booting out is inevitable, then I guess I will go with the Sponsor bonus since we're close to signing that up again.

Thanks! That is all good info. Quick question - if I do carry on into my 30s, would you say completing Stamina would desirable or helpful?

Everyone else, does anyone else want to see Coward get to retirement? Or should I prep to be sold shortly after we see a 4 or 5 star Keeper?

If Stamina is probably not going to make much of a difference to a Keeper, then let's lock in the Sponsor and try and complete Fan Favourite (and level 3 Reaction) before I'm sold off, as that is likely to eventually happen.
