Using high quality italian olive oil there is no sticking issues and I can throw it in the dishwasher after I'm done cooking. Any oil will work. Stainless pans require heating them up first (over medium heat), then adding the oil/butter/cooking medium and letting that come to temperature; if you take those two steps your food won't stick for the most part.

It’s not even on the same platform as it was 20 years ago, but ok. You should probably stop making claims about car manufacturing and just speculate wildly based on reading coffee beans like a reasonable person.
