1988 Chevy Nova, which was Chevy building the previous gen Toyota Corolla at a special plant they ran to try to emulate the Toyota production method and learn how to make cars that didn't fall apart. While being totally uninspiring to drive, what with a total of about 80hp and a 3 speed automatic, it did go for about 500,000 miles without ever needing anything other than wearable parts replaced.

Anime Store Adventure posted:

I saw a total of two obvious Tifosi in the stands at the Rolex - a father and young daughter. The daughter was crying.

Are you sure she wasn’t just cosplaying as her favorite Ferrari driver?

I started watching F1 rooting for Mika Hakkinen vs Schumacher, because my dad is a lifelong tifosi and having a friendly rivalry was fun. DTS seems fine to me, I don't get any elitism about new fans. They just want to see interesting people drive cars fast, and the show is that sort of "photoshopped reality" that does that for everything else we consume these days. Of course it doesn't get everything accurate, no "reality" tv does.
