big cums? big deal. that's old news! what's popular today is BIG POOPS and got that you need fiber seriously though, I'll tell you what's not a scam: it's metamucil. few americans are vitamin deficient, but lots of people don't get enough dietary fiber. even if you eat a reasonably healthy diet you probably could stand to get a bit more.
