The ones where you keep your files locally and janitor them yourself are generally less prone to this sort of thing; the cloud is just a computer you don't own, after all. That said LastPass has been frustratingly nonchalant about security issues for a long time so I've always used KeepAss. Bitwarden is probably the best of the bunch at the moment.
