The best kind of pedantic distinction is one that's based on an entirely arbitrary different pedantic distinction. What's the difference between a file and a document?

In general, code which manipulates the shell namespace should operate on folders and items, not directories and files, so as not to tie themselves to a particular storage medium. For example, code which limits itself to files won't be able to navigate into a Zip file, since the contents of a Zip file are exposed in the form of a virtual folder.

The cookies get blown off the oven conveyor by an air blade and they land on a shaker that sends them through a cooling tunnel that gets the cookies down to nearly freezing before they get dumped right into the gaping maw of the grinder because they grind a lot better cold.

Edit: wrong number, it's 7200 lbs an hour. 1700 lbs is the size of a single batch of dough my mixer can make

And you'd be surprised actually how small an industrial grinder is that can handle 4 tons an hour, the maw isn't what you'd call gaping. More like yawning.

the parallels between industrial scale baking and industrial scale metallurgy continue to astound, our heat treat line at the car parts plant dumps engine tappets straight out of the belt furnace into a liquid nitrogen quench.
