Ok, so if there were less regulations, a train full of death and cancer would be less likely to derail because?

Or because private companies are very good with cleaning up when they cause environmental distasters, like Union Carbide in Bhopal, or Hooker Chemical in the Love Canal, or Chisso Corporation in Minamata.

The undocumented people will never be American citizens, and won't be able to vote. Immigrants on visas can become citizens after many many years, even for an academic who starts on a HB-1, it takes ~10 years before they can becom citizens. The children of undocumented immigrants will become citizens, but they won't be eligeble to vote until 4-5 election cycles later.
