I had a video of that when I was about 6.

I remember it being shit.

It's a wishlist from the players union and they want to reduce the BCCIs cut of the global game from 40% to 10%, so that ain't happening.

quote:

WCA's recommendation is to have four 21-day protected windows for what it calls Core International Cricket, during which no league cricket will take place. It suggests multiple divisions, in which teams play each team in its division in one series over a two-year cycle. Each series would include a minimum of one match of each format, and each format would incorporate a league table that culminates in a major ICC event (for which windows exist).

Those are the dedicated international windows.

How the hell did that dropkick get as far as being an international umpire?

hed be useful if you were running a betting book on his matches and can pull his strings. either that or the ICC is blind (also possibly due to sports betting)

I think it’s basically he was the best the Windies had, which if you assume the mismanagement of the game in WI has extended to umpire development is sadly believable.

Congrats to the Shredbacks on their Shield win coming up.

Maybe Usman and Marnus should get some grade games under their belt before being bumped up to the state level.

Took the 6 yo down after school today, would have been there for 20 and a bit overs, left just before the end as the 3yo had had enough. So naturally that meant kid just saw an opposition hundred run 8th wicket partnership and no wickets. Between leaving and getting to the car SA of course managed to take 2 wickets..

Feel like I gave him an excellent introduction to the deadbacks.

It was a joke, suggesting that your comment caused the Pakistan collapse. Context is that the AU domestic test cricket final is on with the SA red-backs playing QLD.

He got 1/13 off 3 overs with 13 dot balls, they didn't have him bowl a fourth. I guess they saw 12 of those runs come in his third and decided that was enough.

The answer is, mate, because I want to do you slowly. There has to be a bit of sport in this for all of us. In the psychological battle stakes, we are stripped down and ready to go. I want to see those ashen-faced performances; I want more of them. I want to be encouraged. I want to see you squirm.

I know that he's a drat good golfer so that's why he's still in the team, but you'd think Zak Crawley would want to do better than getting out for 1 run off seven balls on the first day of the new season
