Listen guys, I just figured out that I'm holding a crucial item needed to continue the hero's journey. So what I'm saying is get the stiff brush and start leathering my ballsack if you don't want to be stuck as a level 5 rogue forever.

Dunno about an ARPG but if you find glasses for Renescu (hidden quest) in Fallout 2 you can later keep telling him 'Youre welcome' until he throws a reward at you and threatening to kill you if you don't shut up.
