Say whatever you want about that, if they had left me in charge of writing specs for this thing I would say "uh, probably the cutoff should be like, at least the 75th percentile if possible?"

Australia knows what I'm talking about. lovely farming process destroying nutrients (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7649274/, etc), "weird" (from an evolutionary stance) antibiotic use and diets that may do hosed up things to our weight via gut biome changes (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7333005/), microplastic exposure (https://www.niehs.nih.gov/research/programs/geh/geh_newsletter/2022/6/spotlight/microplastics_may_increase_risk_for_obesity.cfm)) so you're not wrong but it's not our overlords making cheeseburgers cheaply as much as poisoning the environment to a degree that our bodies don't work normally anymore coupled with newfangled sedentary lifestyles and constant insane stress levels I say this as a skinnyfuck who takes zero credit for my own physique, my entire family has the same body type despite different diets, exercise patterns and being geographically dispersed. I eat a quart of maple syrup a month ffs

We're propagandized from birth to desire fast food, corn products and sugar by said overlords, so it's all of these things. Not that 5'9" and 200 pounds is healthy or anything but even that seems difficult to believe for a national average. Like all our starving homeless are throwing the stats. I'd really like to see a study showing the weight demographics specifically at an amusement park. It would, of course, make this decision even worse.
