You are stalked through an abandoned subway by an evil clown. You have a claw hammer and a flashlight. The flashlight only has forty seconds of battery life but more batteries can be found in toolboxes scattered around in abandoned subway cars. Health can be restored by eating rats you kill with the claw hammer. Be careful of staying too long in the dark because your madness meter rises and that attracts the clown. You can run at double your walking speed (glacially slow) for three seconds but must recharge for fifteen seconds before you can run again.

You can jump, but only as high as the average sidewalk curb.

You are stalked through the Chernobyl nuclear complex by an evil radioactive clown. Patches of strong radiation lower your health but you can take iodine pills to restore health. Boxes of iodine pills are tiny and basically invisible against the concrete texture of the walls, floor, and ceiling. You will encounter famous scenes from Chernobyl, including the infamous Elephants Foot slag heap.

Your goal is to reach the lifeboats but you must fist navigate the many rooms where an evil clown may be lurking around any corner. You can restore health by putting on sunblock stolen from luggage found scattered around the ship.

You are pursued through a haunted house by an evil clown doll that has the power to teleport to your location if your madness meter gets above a certain level. Looking at portraits of your mother (of which there are many) raise the madness meter, but drinking alcohol lowers the madness meter. You can ward off the clown doll with a crucifix but the crucifix becomes less effective each time you use it and becomes completely ineffective after four uses. There are diaries scattered around the mansion that each contain a single diary entry. Once you find all the diary entries you discover that your character is insane.

You must piece together clues as to what happened while evading a mysterious clown like entity that seems drawn to your rising panic level. The sound of your breathing and heartbeat are distractingly loud and cannot be muted.

It's the 1990s and you're trapped in an abandoned video arcade that goes on forever. The games will sometimes turn on unexpectedly when you approach, startling the player. Find abandoned slices of pizza to restore your hunger meter and play games to collect prize tickets to trade for useful items. Beware, though, an evil birthday clown also stalks the arcade.

It all starts when your character looks at a photograph of an evil clown. Now you're being hunted through an endless shopping mall circa 1990. The mannequins sometimes come to life and attack you. When you pass an electronics store, distorted, creepy music plays. The mall seems to go on forever. You can restore sanity by riding the duck ride. Quarters for the duck ride can be found scattered around the environment. There is a shop full of guns but they're just textures on the wall and cannot be used.

You're stalked through the halls of a creepy, victorian hospital by an evil clown that constantly jabbers in cutting room audio of Justin Roiland ad libbing.

There are over 20,000 hours of audio and while the jabbering grows fainter when the clown is further away, it never goes completely away. You must escape the hospital before the clown's constant babbling drives you (the player) insane.

You have a box of matches and a claymore anti-personnel mine. You can replenish health by smoking cigarettes you light with the matches.

I've taken a clown model and stretched it out so its limbs are all long and creepy. He can reach really far. I call him "Mr. Giggles" and basically he stalks you through the entire game. He can also move through CRT screens.

You wake up in a haunted insane asylum. Your feet have been chopped off so you can only hobble very slowly and with much bobbing of the camera. Journal entries and audio recordings scattered around the asylum slowly reveal that your character is the father of the same evil clown that has been chasing you throughout the game and all he wanted was to hug his father. Despite this, every time the clown "hugs" you before this final revelation results in player death but once you learn the final secret and the clown hugs you you don't die. The extended sequence where the clown chases you with a butcher knife all over the maze of mannequins on the asylum's second floor is left unexplained.

You are a badass space marine with an arsenal of futuristic weapons. You can run fast for an unlimited period of time and jump nearly your full height. You return home on leave to discover your parents' house is mysteriously empty, but the cars are still in the garage and warm food is uneaten on the kitchen table.

Explore the rooms and halls of your parents' unrealistically large and rambling suburban home. Use clues found in news clippings, audio recordings and journal entries to piece together the mystery of what happened to your family. You can fire all your weapons and the environment is fully destroyable, but there's no ammo or health refills.

There are also no enemies.

Can you refrain from blowing up your house long enough to solve the mystery?

In the end it turns out a serial killer dressed as a clown broke in and murdered your parents just moments before you walked in.

Use journal entries to discover that actually the evil clown is a future version of you who got sent back in time and the evil clown has been trying to prevent you from stepping into the time portal and getting trapped in the past.

You've been captured by Dr. Moreau. You wake up strapped to a surgery table. When you look down you discover your legs have been removed and replaced by a snail's pseudopod. You can no longer jump or run. You must escape the horrific island full of creepy human/animal hybrids including a demonic human/clown hybrid who stalks you throughout the game.

None of the human/animal hybrids are sexy in even the remotest way but there is a LOT of extremely pornographic fanart of them.

You wake up on an abandoned Nimitz class aircraft carrier. Navigate the passageways and machinery rooms of this creepy environment.

Your goal is to shut down the overloading nuclear reactor before the evil clown gets you.

Your tools are a hacksaw and a bottle of OC spray. The OC spray repels the clown temporarily but also makes your vision extremely blurred and slows your speed by 75% for the next 45 seconds.

Drink Monster energy drink to lower your madness level. Find ships logs to unravel the mystery of the ship (it was abandoned because the evil clown kept killing people).

You wake up strapped to an operating table. You have vague recollections of being kidnapped by murderous clowns.

You're able to escape your bonds by burning through them with your bic lighter.

You catch your reflection in a filthy, blood-splattered mirror. You've been turned into a clown!

It looks like you woke up before the final stage of the surgery (brain surgery to make you evil) was completed.

There's the sound of squeaky shoes and voices in the hallway. The surgeons are coming back from their clown coffee break. If they catch you, they'll cut open your head and turn you fully into one of them!

Flee through the halls of a haunted insane asylum taken over by murderous clowns. Use your appearance to mingle with the clowns as you attempt to escape, but beware: if you give yourself away, the clowns will catch you.

If you collect all the journal entries hidden throughout the game you discover that you were an inmate at the asylum for evil clowns and the brain surgery was supposed to turn you good. But you escaped before it could be completed and now you're loose in the world and free to kill again.
