I don't talk about it much because sleep paralysis is played out, but maybe the worst experience of my life is a 'demon' grabbing my ankle and trying to drag me into a closet. It felt real I didn't sleep much that week

I still get exploding head syndrome when trying to fall asleep. Or disembodied voices saying very clear words right at the cusp. It's not ghosts it's my hosed up brain.
