Not that weed causes cancer, it's just more that they allow something that is very much forbidden in some other states but yet they're going to regulate candy. lol it's just one proposal by a state assemblyman, it's a long way from there to "they're going to regulate candy" and even if the bill went through that's not the same thing as "banning skittles" since skittles could simply alter their recipe.
