When I was 17, my father was so stupid, I didn't want to be seen with him in public. When I was 24, I was amazed at how much the old man had learned in just 7 years.
I sometimes enjoy the Jim Rome show still which is technically on TV but I don't know if I would if it wasn't a part of my youth.

If I'm in a hotel room and flipping through channels in the afternoon, or am at the car dealership and they left the remote out and no one else is watching, I often stop at Around the Horn. I never watch it in any other context.
