DS9 is the best Trek's even been imo, TNG's just a joy to watch in general when its good. Most of the new stuff tries too hard to be prestige tv. I started watching lower decks a couple days ago and it seems alright, agree with Arch above that the general humor was a bit too rapid fire in the two eps I watched but allegedly this gets better later on when they don't have the network scrutinizing them or something Also First Contact owns
