(For legal purposes, this is a D1 posst that is not defending Cube in any way, because to my recollection Cube has done nothing but ask peple to fight, except for opportunisticaly jumping on the PMom vote, and also this is not a defense of PMom)

Zoya has been claiming Somber as a teammate since before the game even started.

I don't know where the Plastic teammate thing came from. Maybe they're masons, maybe there are code words, maybe they're scum together (the latter seems unlikely, but it's possible).

I'm thinking about the PMom :bandwagon:

I have had a theory that when a turbo train stalls out like that, it's more likely that the turbo'd player is scum. Not a 100% rule but it's played out that way a few times.

PMom is not the only player I've seen who routinely claims VT early in a game. Someone called it "turbo bait" but the thing is, the votes piled on quick there for awhile. As they do.

I'm voting the player I'm most suspicious of and happy to keep my vote there, but I also haven't seen anything from PMom that says town and would switch there to avoid NL. But I would really prefer for folks to either vote Maugrim with me, or give some reasons why not.

Okay, is there a towny reason why we're even doing all these duels

It is a mechanic of the game, for one thing. For another it blocks players from night actions so it could stop scum doing beastly things to town at night,

Who has fought so far

CubicalSucrose challenges JS, wins the duel!
Wologar challenges Maugrim, Maugrim refuses, gets 1 stack of dishonor
Somberbrero challenges CubicalSucrose, it is a tie
PlasticAutomaton challenges Maugrim, it is a tie
Deadmeat challenges Circle, CircleMaster wins duel!
Sporkchan challenges Snooze Cruise, she refuses, gets 1 stack of dishonor
RWC challenges mycelia, RWC wins duel!
Tired Moritz challenges Cube, Cube wins duel!
Zoya challenges Plastic, it is a tie
Punkreas challenges Plastic, Plastic wins! But is wounded. And Punk gets one stack of dishonor

People who lost and presumably have no night action: JosefStalinator, CirclMastr, mycelia, Tired Moritz, Punkreas (but maybe not, maybe he gets an action in return for that stack of dishonor)

##vote Punkreas

As you can see from where I parked my vote the entire day I'd prefer Maugrim. Also suspicious of Somber and Pmom, AFrancyQuesstionMark and mycelia for lack of content (I know they are both fairly new players but looks like they are having trouble getting out reads which sounds like newby scum, or scum in general have issues with that). Want to believe that Zoya and wologar are on my side.

Doubly so on a public ability that bites me back - it's a very loud ability that now everyone is very much aware of, and will be watched as such, but Scum absolutely want to get rid of it because my challenges will either a) risk them getting a wound (risk being that I could just use Ki, too, instead of getting increasing Dishonor stacks), or b) scare them away from the risk of wounding/death but give them Dishonor to later be used on them

Automatic wounds is absolutely disgraceful but it's also an incredible tool!

Seems like everything you said also applies to town.

Anyhow I would still be down to vote Maug but I think we need to lay this Pmom bit to rest so we're not dealing with it every drat day from now on. One day was enough. Two days is more than enough.

But I'm against doing it fast because people wanna duel, y'know?
