my son (first kid) was born like a month after covid happened so it really had no impact on my life, i think the first six months of having a new baby would have had similar levels of stress, misery, and reclusiveness absent the global pandemic. but maybe not... whos to say.

yeah i do feel lucky that the lockdowns, such as they were, had basically no effect on my son due to him being just a little baby lol. cant imagine how hosed up kids are after missing a year of school, especially with younger kids who can't reasonably be expected to function in a remote environment. like lol how do you have virtual kindergarten?

the whole plan was always insane, like if a kid misses first grade that's like 30% of all the school he's ever had, gone

yeah i also got lucky because the kid was 5 during 2020,s old enough to deal with masks, was not yet in kindergarten, and old enough to not miss that early development socialization.

I lost 15lbs during covid because I spent every day running or biking while I was furloughed. I didn't mask outside and everyone gave me a wide berth

lmao:

The first boy (1304) was taken by wolves at age 3 and found when 7 or 8 by Benedictine monks, the wolves having cared for him by "surrounding him in cold weather, and fed him the best meat from the hunt." He was later sent to the court of Prince Henry, and became accustomed to human society but said he preferred the wolves.

What happened/s to the ship? Is it stuck there by the broken bridge or has it been towed somewhere?

A wild man in the Pyrenees (1723). He was caught by some hunters but escaped before reintegrating into human society.
