We could just advertise the jetty and take over the yachts in international waters. Thus saving on inconvenient legal consequences. Maybe get some Somalis in on 457 visas to show us how.

With the decline in bricks and mortar retailing there should be plenty of disussed shops to repurpose. The problem is the disconect between local and state planning.

There is an unfortunate fascist connection to Futurism but early 20th centry every art movement had a manifesto. Some more broad ranging than others.

Hold up everybody! Like usual Cartoon has all the answers.

Festivals aren't working due to policing costs? Self declare the park/Council tip/Unremediated industrial waste ground an emergency search zone and have the police perform the searches on stage! Win-win! Sure to be a huge increase in ticket sales. The police have all they want and the punters get a great show. No security costs. No site rentals. No need for insurances. Just a quick stage knocked together by the PCYC on the weekend prior. Happy to have this used without acknowledgement or payment. 40 000 page manifesto to follow. Oh and no need for portapotties or portapotty queues, BYO shovel!

And to answer your question (with a question), Have you heard of the Moon? (Or tether ball) Orbital diameter Solar ~150 million km - Moon orbital diameter ~800 thousand km so 200 times diference in 'scale'. There are also moons around other planets at much smaller diamters eg Deimos at ~50 thousand km
