Foul tip by Miles that then got past the catcher. It was not called a foul by the home plate ump and Michael Busch took advantage scoring from 2nd as Heim stood there arguing with the ump.

Swinging strike two on Mastrobuoni, ball gets between the catcher's legs and rolls like 20 feet away — not all that far, but almost immediately after popping up to get the ball the catcher is signaling to the ump that it was a foul tip. Ump doesn't acknowledge it so the catcher just flat-out stops and starts fervently gesturing for a foul tip, at which point the Cubs 3B coach is waving Busch from second to home. Catcher realizes what's going on and resumes retrieving the ball, but the throw to the plate is too late and not caught, Cubs score
