like the spell you cast on an object so that it always comes back to you
so, somebody can steal your phone, and a week later, it shows back up in a box of breadsticks you got from pizza hut

Casting Time of 1 action, it's a 2th level enchantment slot so that is cool. Range of 60 feet. Choose a creature in your vicinity.
With a bang of your fist and a power chord from whatever player character nearest you has the best vocal range, you assault a creature's mind with a torrent of searing Swedish Metal music. The creature must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the vicinity stuff (rocks, trees, stagnates, the water) in its immediate vicinity goes full on power chords and a gnarly drum solo. For 1 minute, the creature suffers the following effects:
HEADBANGING HAVOC: The creature has disadvantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks and Dexterity saving throws. It can’t cast spells that require concentration.
Can it be too loud???: As a bonus action on each of your turns, you can inflict excruciating psychic pain by cranking the volume BEYOND ELEVEN. The creature takes 2d8 psychic damage and must repeat the Wisdom saving throw. On a success, the effect ends.
When you cast this spell using a higher-level spell slot, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 2nd.
